NG-ST: Trilateral Workshop Series - 1st session

First session of the Trilateral Workshop Series to foster collaboration across regions and generate ideas for a potential trilateral collaborative project. The series will be divided into three workshops:

1. First Workshop: this session, focusing on the past.
2. Second Workshop: October on Fano, held together with the NG-ST meeting, focusing on the present.
3. Third Workshop: Again in Hamburg by end of November, focusing on the future.

This first session will focus on the past through an in-depth strategy evaluation, including:

1. Summary of core findings and interpretations by NIT.
2. Deep dive discussions in small groups to discuss the outcomes.
3. Identification of central challenges and shortcomings that need attention in the action plan.
4. Differentiation between regional and trilateral actions.
5. Identification of stakeholder-specific actions.

The central aim is for all participants to gain a profound understanding of the current strategy and its evaluation and to identify the next steps.

The workshop is scheduled as a physical lunch-to-lunch meeting and Wolfgang Günther from NIT will moderate the meeting.
